  • Herb Consultation (15 min)

    New Patients: If you would like an herb consultation, please book a New Patient Visit.

  • New Patient Initial Visit (30 min)

    Please download New Patient Paperwork located at our website www.yourdca.com (new patients click here) OR arrive at the clinic 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork there.

  • Nutrition Consultation (15 min)

    For returning patients. New Patients: if you would like a Nutrition Consultation, please book a New Patient Initial Visit.

  • Returning Patient (15 min)

    Please be on time! We see patients every 15 minutes, so if you are even 5 minutes late it effects your treatment time and the person after you. Please call the clinic if you know you will be running late. We may need to reschedule you for a later time.
